So, I’ve decided to keep the hearts coming for a little while. There are just so many possibilities. This is my little blue jean wreath with a sparkly black felt heart.
My little tea-stained wreath also looks pretty cute with the little heart made from blue flower-print vintage fabric that I made yesterday.
Continuing on with the heart-themed wreaths. A little heart made from blue flower-print vintage fabric.
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching I was inspired to make a couple little heart-themed wreaths. So, I added my little painted red felt heart to my mini blue jean wreath & mini black jean wreath!
While treasure-hunting over the weekend, I found this tiny scrap of fabric and fell instantly in love. It’s tiny, but it’s enough to make one mini wreath. I had the little pink bow & thought, yep, they were meant to be together!
I wish my camera could capture it’s intoxicating scent. In the winter, when they become available – I pick up a hyacinth every week or two. I save the bulbs & plant them in the fall. I guess they prefer sun, but I plant them along a path in the woods & they do well for me (we have deciduous trees). They look quite ethereal popping up out of the cold brown ground in the Spring.
More fun with bows! This time I’m playing with my mini twine bow! I tried it on a couple of my plaid wreaths, a gingham wreath, & my chocolate wreath.
So, the little blue jean bow I made the other day looks cute on just about all my mini rag wreaths! Here are just some of the mini wreaths I tried it out on.
Today I took my mini black jean rag wreath made from recycled black jeans & added the sweet little blue-jean bow I made yesterday.
