Wreath A Day Project: Day Twenty-Eight
My little tea-stained wreath also looks pretty cute with the little heart made from blue flower-print vintage fabric that I made yesterday.

With Valentine’s Day fast approaching I was inspired to make a couple little heart-themed wreaths. So, I added my little painted red felt heart to my mini blue jean wreath & mini black jean wreath!
While treasure-hunting over the weekend, I found this tiny scrap of fabric and fell instantly in love. It’s tiny, but it’s enough to make one mini wreath. I had the little pink bow & thought, yep, they were meant to be together!
I wish my camera could capture it’s intoxicating scent. In the winter, when they become available – I pick up a hyacinth every week or two. I save the bulbs & plant them in the fall. I guess they prefer sun, but I plant them along a path in the woods & they do well for me (we have deciduous trees). They look quite ethereal popping up out of the cold brown ground in the Spring.
I made this mini wreath from a scrap of pretty vintage fabric. Very pale blue with aqua & coral flowers.
The little blue gingham wreath I made was begging for some vegetables, so I made him a tasty little broccoli floret. Yum!
